Cedar Coffee Roasters was a client that approached me just for a bit of an audit and so I went to their fantastic offices in Woodstock to see how I could help. There are a lot of potential opportunities here, but we just began with an audit and then scoped out what else we could do in future.

One thing I learned after working with Bootlegger was it’s not always easy to do much with online retail and products that really perform much better in a physical space and human interaction. However, sometimes by going down this road you actually learn opportunities not just to improve the site and e-commerce, but things you can actually physically change. All that to say it’s early days, it’s been six months in, and so far everyone is happy. I’m excited for 2026 and what we can achieve next year.
