Anton has been someone I have worked alongside for perhaps three years now, as he helped me grow Baithe Photography in the Gauteng region. Out of a number of photographers I pitched the idea to (to help me expand) he was the one I chose out of the lot – what a great guy! Since then we’ve met up a few times, and quoted on some big projects, the most exciting sounding one being to shoot 22 malls around the country. Big value but also, super interesting to dissect the malls of the country and almost jouralistically evaluate them all. It never materialised (maybe it still will) but the thought of driving to Bloem, Knysna, Margate, Jo’burg, and everywhere inbetween was only fun for an hour – two hours later on the N1 it might not have been so much of one…
All this to say, Anton has finally come round to the idea of putting some work into his WordPress site, via me. My help with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, conversions, Google Tag Manager, and so many other “digital marketing” things has (I hope) convinced him to finally take the plunge and put some time into souping up his website. I’m hoping for some streamlining, improving, and soaring up the rankings – let’s see what happens in months to come!
