Woodstock Gin offers three tasty gins, and gin tastings – and probably plenty more, as I am soon to discover. They’re the latest client to add to the books, and it’s pure SEO this time around. Funnily enough, of all the gin bars to walk into in the world, I walked into this one around seven years back, and so I can pretend to say I know something about it. That experience was great at the time (it was actually a gift from a friend) and motivated me to think for all of five minutes about starting my own gin, based on how easy it sounded to make. The real nugget I took away from the time though was how much the final taste is dependent on the tonic, and has made me shell out much more for quality tonic since.
